Terms and Conditions for POWER90 Sessions

  1. Payment Terms:
  • The cost of the session is £195. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  1. Duration:
  • The POWER90 sessions are a 90-minute, 1:1 online session, scheduled at the time of booking.
  • The session can be split for interview preparation: an initial 30-minute discovery session, followed by a 60-minute mock interview/ presentation session, to help you prepare and practice. Email [email protected] after booking to arrange the split session.
  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at [email protected] at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to reschedule without additional charges. Any session rescheduled must take place within 30 days of the original booking, or the session will be forfeited.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be non-refundable.
    • Online sessions will be conducted by Zoom and you will receive a link by email. If you do not receive the link, it is your responsibility to contact us at [email protected] in advance of your session, to request this.  Any ‘no-shows’ at the scheduled time will be assumed to be a cancellation and the session will be non-refundable.
    • Kaleidoscope Business Solutions Ltd. may occasionally need to reschedule a session. In such cases, we will provide 24 hours’ notice. 
    • The booking is not transferable to another person.
  2. Session Content & Questionnaire:
    • We focus on providing tailored strategies, recommendations, and solutions specifically for you/ your business. The content shared during the session is carefully crafted based on the information you provide through a questionnaire.  To ensure the most personalised experience, we kindly request that you complete the questionnaire within 24 hours of the session.  This allows us to gather essential details about you/ your business and goals, helping us design strategies and solutions that align with your unique needs.
    • We encourage you to be thorough and honest in your responses to the questionnaire. The more detailed information we have, the better we can tailor our recommendations to address your specific challenges and opportunities.
    • If we do not receive a completed questionnaire in advance, the first part of the session will be used to determine the desired outcome, which will reduce the time we spend looking at strategies and solutions.
  3. Materials:
    • All materials provided during the sessions are copyrighted and for your personal use only.
    • You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written consent.
  4. Liability:
    • While we take all necessary precautions to ensure a productive and valuable 1:1 experience, Kaleidoscope Business Solutions Ltd. and its representatives are not liable for any outcomes, results, or damages that may occur as a result of implementing strategies discussed during the session.
  5. Confidentiality:
    • All information shared during sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality.
    • We will not disclose any personal or business-related details to third parties without your written consent.

Terms and Conditions for Deep Dive Strategy Day

  1. Payment Terms:
  • The cost of the Deep Dive Strategy Day is £699. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  1. What’s Included:
    • Pre-Strategy Day Call – initial 30 minute online discovery session
    • Strategy Day – the strategy day is 10am-4pm held face to face in Staffordshire, ST13. Alternative locations can be arranged, although additional costs may apply.  Alternatively, virtual meetings via Zoom are available, with the day split into four sessions over two days.
    • 30 Days Continuous Support – after the Strategy Day you will have 30 days unlimited access to Leanne via WhatsApp, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm for guidance and accountability.
    • Post-Strategy Day Call – 1 hour follow up call to be held online within 30 days of the Strategy Day.
    • The initial 30-minute discovery session will be scheduled at the time of booking.
    • The Strategy Day and Post-Strategy Day Call will be booked in the discovery session.
  2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at [email protected] at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to reschedule without additional charges. Any session rescheduled must take place within 30 days of the original booking, or the session will be forfeited.

Terms and Conditions for ELEVATE 90 Days One to One Programme

  1. Payment Terms:
  • The cost of the ELEVATE Programme is £1500.
  • Payment can be made in one payment or up to 3 monthly payments, however all sessions must be paid in full ahead of the session.
  1. What Is Included:
    • Introductory Planning Session – kickstart your journey with a 90-minute ‘Deep Dive’ session.
    • Strategy Sessions – you will have six 90-minute strategy calls, spaced throughout the 12 weeks at a pace that suits you.
    • 30 Days Continuous Support – you will have access to Leanne via WhatsApp, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm for guidance and accountability for the duration of the programme.
    • Shared Portal – all session notes and documentation will be stored in a shared portal for the duration of the programme.
    • Tools & Workbooks – you will have access to relevant workbooks and tools used during our sessions, designed to support your growth and development.
    • All sessions will be held online, unless agreed otherwise.

    • To make the most of our sessions, we ask that you come prepared to each session with specific goals and topics you wish to address. We are committed to your growth and progress, and your active participation is essential for success.
  4. Materials:
    • All materials provided during the sessions are copyrighted and for your personal use only.
    • You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written consent.
  5. Ongoing Support:
  • You will receive continued support in between sessions to stay motivated and focused on your goals.
  • Communication will be available between 0900-1700, Monday to Thursday via WhatsApp or email.

Terms and Conditions for the WhatsApp Support Package

  1. Payment Terms:
  • The monthly cost of is £40 per calendar month.
  1. Scope:
    • The WhatsApp Support Package is only available to clients if we are currently/ have previously worked together.
    • Communication will be available between 0900-1700, Monday to Thursday via WhatsApp or email.
    • The booking is not transferable to another person.
  2. Materials:
    • All materials provided are copyrighted and for your personal use only.
    • You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written consent.
  3. Liability:
